We the Members of SHIRIKISHO PARTY OF KENYA Acknowledging the supremacy of the Almighty God,
Guided by the realization that the Party needs to reconstitute its decision making structures in accordance with its social ecological
democratic ideals and in order to achieve internal democracy and to redefine its objectives to be in line with the Party ideology and
introduce gender mainstreaming and address the politically marginalized people, Recognizing our ethnic cultural and religious diversity
and realizing the need to protect our national environment which is our heritage in order to sustain it for the benefit of our present
and future generations And to nurture and protect the well being of the individual,
the family and the community, Exercising our sovereign and inalienable right to constitute ourselves and suggest, advocate and or
promulgate suitable form of Governance to our beloved Republic do on this 29th day of September,
2007 give unto ourselves this new constitution in place of the old one.

- In the peoples’ right to steward, access and use resources.
- In the peoples’ responsibilities to produce livelihood and to share it justly for the prosperity of each and all.
